Man Killed in Brooklyn Center Police Shooting

Brooklyn Center, MN (Learfield News Service) - Brooklyn Center police officers who were responding to a domestic assault report say a man was shot to death during a struggle after they arrived.

The unnamed 21-year-old man died before he could be taken to a hospital, while one officer suffered a scraped arm in the struggle. The caller who reported the assault had told officers the suspect was armed.

The incident happened  Saturday afternoon.
