Men & Women With These Names Are Considered the Hottest in Minnesota
It's funny how a person's name can influence how we picture their appearance, style, personality, or even age. For example, a name like Sophia might make us picture someone elegant and beautiful, while a name like Earl could lead us to think of a hardworking, blue-collar person.
Our minds create these images based on a name, even though the reality can be totally different when we meet the person.

The Matchmaking Company, a dating app, recently conducted a survey asking people to rank names from "hot" to "not."
According to TheBump.com, the most attractive male name is of Greek origin and means "gift of God," while the most attractive female name is of French origin and means "petite."
This isn't the first time that people have wondered if a name can influence your attractiveness to others. 20 years ago, a study by MIT linguist Amy Perfors was published by New Scientist and found that the sound of your name might influence how attractive people find you.
Perfors found that men with names that include "front vowels" (like Matt) were rated as more attractive than those with "back vowels" (like Paul).
The most recent survey conducted by the Matchmaking company identified the hottest male and female name here in Minnesota.
