Minnesota Man Dies After Being Ejected During Rollover Crash

Aitkin, MN (KROC-AM News) - The State Patrol responded to a fatal crash this morning in a rural area north of Mille Lacs Lake.
A news release says the victim was alone in his pickup when it left Highway 47 just east of Aitkin around 8 AM. The State Patrol says the pickup rolled and the driver was ejected during the crash.
He was identified as 50-year-old Jeffrey Lee Martinson of Aitkin. The State Patrol report indicates the roadway surface was dry when the crash occurred and the victim was not wearing a seatbelt.
