Minnesota Massage Therapist Accused of Sexual Assault
Eagan, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Minnesota massage therapist is facing a felony sexual assault charge involving a client and Dakota County authorities are indicating there may be additional victims.
A news release issued by the Dakota County Attorney's Office says a criminal complaint has been filed against 32-year-old Johnny Le of Richfield charging him with third-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a prohibited occupational relationship. It alleges that he sexually assaulted a client at his Eagan massage studio.

The court document says Eagan police responded to a complaint about a sexual assault Le's at business on December 20, 2024. It states that the victim told the responding officers that the alleged assault occurred while she was receiving a massage performed by Le.
According to the news release, it was the third complaint issued by the Dakota County Attorney's office against Le for sexual misconduct and each involved a different victim.
He was previously charged with a felony count of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct involving alleged sexual contact with the client at his massage business last month. Last June, Le was charged with a gross misdemeanor count of fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct that alleged inappropriate touching during a massage in May of last year.
Le is not in custody and is currently wanted on an arrest warrant. Dakota County prosecutors are asking that anyone who believes they may have been the victim or has information concerning the investigation to contact the Eagan Police Department.
