How to Prepare for a Warm and Wet Spring

Second, if it's actually going to be pretty wet this spring, you'll definitely want to do things like making sure your gutters are cleaned out, keep your umbrella handy, and, if you're making spring-time plans that involve being outside, try to have a backup plan to be indoors.
