(UPDATED) Missing Person Alert Posted For Minnesota Teenager
(UPDATE) - The Anoka County Sheriff's Office is reporting that Trivona has been located and is safe.
Andover, MN (KROC-AM News) -- A statewide missing person alert was posted this morning for a teenage girl who was last seen late last month.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says the alert was issued at the request of the Anoka County Sheriff's Office. It involves 16-year-old Trivona Cardenas.
The alert says she was reported missing September 1 from a home in Andover and she was last seen in late September in North Minneapolis.
Trivona is described as an American Indian/Alaskan native, 5' 2", 108 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. A description of her clothing is not available.
Anyone who has seen her or has information about her whereabouts is asked to contact the Anoka County Sheriff's Office at 763-324-5000.
