MN State Patrol – Alcohol Involved in Pickup vs Restaurant Crash
St. Charles, MN (KROC-AM News) - A St. Charles man was injured yesterday when his pickup collided with a restaurant.
The State Patrol says 36-year-old Alex Timm was driving north on Highway 74 and was approaching the intersection with Highway 14 in St. Charles when his vehicle turned into the parking lot for the Happy Family Restaurant and then crashed into the front of the building. The crash report on the incident indicates alcohol was involved.
The crash was reported just after 1:30 PM. The State Patrol says Timm was transported to St. Marys Hospital with what appeared to be non-life threatening injuries.
