Motorcycle Rollover Crash Sends Rochester, MN Man to Hospital

West Concord, MN (KROC-AM News)- A motorcycle rollover crash in Dodge County sent a Rochester man to the hospital Sunday afternoon.

The State Patrol responded to the crash along Hwy. 56 at Eugene St. in West Concord. It was reported shortly before 3 p.m.

The state crash report says the motorcycle, operated by 45-year-old Michael Vincent Erickson, was traveling south on the two-lane road, lost control and rolled. He was taken from the scene to St. Mary’s Hospital for treatment of what are being described as non-life-threatening injuries.

Erickson was not wearing a helmet and alcohol was not a factor in the crash, the report says. He was the sole occupant of the motorcycle.

The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office, West Concord Ambulance, West Concord Fire Department and Mayo 3 also responded to the crash.
