Motorcycle Rollover Crash Sends Southeast Minnesota Man to Hospital
Goodview, MN (KROC-AM News)- A motorcycle rollover crash in Winona County sent a southeast Minnesota man to the hospital Thursday night.
The State Patrol says the crash was reported shortly after 9 p.m. It happened at the intersection of Hwy. 61 and Frank St. in Goodview.
The state crash report says the motorcycle, operated by 32-year-old Joshua James Franzwa of Winona, was traveling north on Hwy. 61 when it and a large northbound pick-up truck collided at the intersection. The collision caused the motorcycle to enter the median then roll.
Franzwa was taken to the Winona hospital with what are being described as non-life-threatening injuries. The pick-up driver, identified as 31-year-old Barry G Will of Boulder Junction, WI, was not hurt.
The crash report says Franzwa was wearing a helmet and that alcohol was not involved in the pick-up-motorcycle crash. The Goodview Police Department, Winona Fire Department, Winona Area Ambulance and Winona County Sheriff’s Office also responded to the crash.
