Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office has released the name of the rural Rochester man who was found at the bottom of his backyard swimming pool Tuesday.

The man was 60-year-old James Sackett.

He was discovered by his wife and efforts to revive him were unsuccessful.  It’s not known how long he was underwater.

An autopsy was performed but the results are pending.  Sheriff’s Capt. James Schueller reported Thursday “we did not find anything suspicious about the death and final autopsy results will take several weeks if not longer to get  back.”
