Another episode of 'America's Best Restaurants' featuring a Rochester, Minnesota restaurant has arrived! This one features a restaurant that's also a brewery. I bet you can guess which restaurant I'm talking about.

'America's Best Restaurants'

If you aren't familiar with 'America's Best Restaurants', they're an online series where they go to some of the best restaurants across America. How in the world do they decide which restaurants to go to? Based on nominations!

They ask people to nominate their favorite restaurant on their site and then ABR goes from there.

They've traveled to nearly every state for the series. The only states they're missing are North Dakota, Maine, Vermont, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Delaware, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Rochester, MN Restaurants Featured on 'America's Best Restaurants'

Prior to this most recent episode, ABR had been to only one Rochester restaurant for the series. That would be Whistle Binkies on the Lake.

ICYMI: Whistle Binkies on the Lake Ft. on 'America's Best Restaurants'

The most recent Rochester restaurant they can now add to their list is Forager!

Forager Featured on 'America's Best Restaurants'

I believe filming for the episode featuring Forager happened this past fall. People who wanted to be a part of the filming were invited to join and the crew at ABR stopped by to try some of their delicious food, learn about Forager, and check out the restaurant.

Before even watching the episode I got the feeling that the host LOVED the nachos at Forager because the title is '1 Nacho to Rule Them ALL'.

The first thing host Luis Rivera tries is the nachos. He hopped back into the kitchen to learn how they're made. He tried them right out of the oven and about died. I've been to Forager plenty of times myself but I've never tried their nachos. Now I need to!

Then, Luis tried the Cannon Valley Stroganoff, made with made-in-house pasta and meat from Cannon Valley Ranch, which he loved. He also loved their Caprese Salda he got to try.

My absolute favorite thing is that everything is made with local ingredients. I love that they're supporting local, plus, that also means the ingredients are fresh.

Sorellina's to be Featured on 'America's Best Restaurants'

On the docket for ABR is a stop at another Rochester restaurant, Sorellina's! I'm not sure when they'll film there just yet but I would think they'd wait until it's warm out again.

5 Rochester Restaurants Guy Fieri Should Visit

Guy Fieri has been showcasing restaurants all over the country for the last 15 years on his show ‘Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives’. If the Food Network star decided to make a visit to Minnesota’s Med-City which restaurant, do you think he’d feature? Below are five that I would pick. Open our app to chat with us and let us know which area restaurant you’d select for the show.

All 37 Minnesota Restaurants that Have Been Featured on the Food Network

Many Minnesota restaurants have been featured on the Food Network over the years. Some have closed now, but I checked out the Food Networks website, the Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives website, and TVFoodMaps.com to find all of the Minnesota restaurants that have been featured on their channel in the past and found these 37 (in no particular order) that are still open.
