New Snowfall Predictions For Big Snowstorm Heading for Minnesota
I’m a summer guy. This time of year, I deal with the ‘Winter Blues.’ It’s cold and dark and there’s not much that I want to do. I spend my time daydreaming about kayaking on a hot summer day.
My friends have a different form of the ‘Winter Blues’. They all love snowmobiling and haven’t been able to get out on their sleds for a couple of years now. The National Weather Service says the cure for their boredom could come this weekend. See the latest snow predictions below.

It’s been a weird winter. I was talking to a friend in Lafayette, Louisiana the other day and he told me they got 10 inches of snow in one day. That’s more than most of Minnesota has seen all winter!
We could finally get a decent amount of snow this weekend. The National Weather Service says a “storm system will bring a swath of accumulating snow to the region Saturday” and is encouraging people to prepare now.
If you’re like my friends preparing means firing up the snowblower and snowmobile to make sure they're ready to go. But, if you’re like me preparing means stocking up on snacks and beer. Either way, you’ll want to monitor the forecast and adjust travel plans as needed.
