Bloomington, MN (AP) - Minnesota prosecutors say they will file no charges in a fatal stabbing that occurred on a light rail in the Minneapolis suburb of Bloomington.

The Hennepin County Attorney's Office said Friday that after reviewing the case, prosecutors determined they would not be able to disprove a self-defense claim. Authorities say a 67-year-old man fatally stabbed 45-year-old Anthony Demetrius on Thursday after an argument escalated into a physical fight. The stabbing happened on the light rail, near the Mall of America.

Court records show the suspect has past convictions for assault and disorderly conduct.
