If you're a fan of suspense or thriller-style films, here's one that was created right here in Minnesota that you can now check out on streaming!

The film, "The Book Club Murders", was filmed mostly in the Duluth area. Film producer Keely Kemp says scenes were filmed mostly in Duluth and Hermantown, as well as at the Back Forty Bookstore in Two Harbors.

The premise behind the film follows main character Natalie Johnston (played by Brittany Underwood of 'One Life To Live' and 'Hollywood Heights' fame) and her book club, which becomes the target of some mysterious letters.

Natalie's book club becomes the target of anonymous poison pen letters that reveal dark secrets of its members. One of those letters falsely accuses her 15-year-old daughter of a terrible crime. Accusations fly and things turn deadly as Natalie tries to figure out who is behind the letters and works ot clear her daughter's name.
