Rock Dell, MN (KROC AM News) - The State Patrol is reporting a Stewartville man suffered life-threatening injuries in a crash involving an Olmsted County snow plow this morning.

The report on the crash says 63-year-old Michael Corcoran was driving north on Olmsted County Road 3 when he lost control of his car and collided with the snowplow as it was traveling south and actively plowing the inch or so of snow that fell on the area last night. The plow and the car both ended up partially in the ditch after the crash, which was reported just before 6 AM near the junction with Highway 30 south of Rock Dell.

Corcoran was transported to St. Marys Hospital. The snowplow operator, 34-year-old Kyle Meyers of Rochester, was not injured.
