The events are part of the city’s Community Development Department’s ongoing effort to update plans and ordinance to guide the city’s future growth, according to a news release. The city has launched a map that details the proposed zoning changes.

Community members are invited to share their thoughts and questions regarding the proposed changes during a pair of open houses this month. The first event is set for August 22 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and the second takes place on August 24 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.
