Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Pine Island man accused of being involved in a home invasion this week was arraigned Wednesday.

Facing aggravated robbery and burglary charges is 19-year-old Matthew Riley.

He is accused of being with two other men who forced their way into a home in Oronoco Monday and assaulted a man. The victim said two of the men had knives and one had a tomahawk. They fled with a small amount of marijuana and a video gaming console.

The incident was captured on a security camera and investigators were able to identify Riley as one of the suspects. Another man who was also arrested was later released.

According to the criminal complaint, Riley admitted going to the Oronoco home but wasn’t sure who lived there. He also told investigators he “didn’t know the identity of the other two men.” He also admitted he had a knife with him at the time. During his arraignment, conditional bail for Riley was set at $5,000.

The other two men were still being sought at last report.
