Police Investigating Shooting at Rochester KFC

Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Rochester Police found a man with a non-life threatening gunshot wound after they rushed to a southeast Rochester restaurant in the late afternoon.

Preliminary reports indicate the victim was in a vehicle when he was shot and was taken to the Olmsted Medical Center for treatment. The shooting was reported about 5:30 PM at the Kentucky Fried Chicken location at the corner of 12th Street and 8th Avenue Southeast.

Several spent shell casings were recovered in the parking lot at the business.
