Paynesville, MN (KROC AM News) – Authorities in central Minnesota have issued a statewide alert as they continue efforts to locate a man who hasn’t been seen in a month.

The Paynesville Police Department is looking for 50-year-old Steven Dale Row, who was last seen May 23 at his residence. Police were told he drove off in a blue 2005 Chevrolet 2500HD, Minnesota License Plate MAE592.

Police say they found evidence that before he left, Row appears to have been searching for information on suicide.

Police also say a warrant has been issued for Row’s arrest on 1st-degree criminal sexual conduct charges. He and his wife have been charged with sexually abusing a 13-year-old girl. The case was filed the day before Row disappeared.

Anyone with information on Row’s whereabouts should contact the Paynesville Police Department at 320-243-3434.
