Wabasha, MN (KROC-AM News) - A registered predatory offender from Wabasha has been sent to prison for another child pornography conviction.

Court records show that 43-year-old Charles Douglas Harris became the target of an investigation in late April after authorities in Wabasha County received two cyber tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about the upload of child sexual abuse material to a Google Photos account.
