Reported Cannon Falls Child Abduction Never Happened
Cannon Falls, MN (KROC AM News) - The Cannon Falls Police Department is no longer investigating a reported child abduction.
Earlier this week, the department asked the public for information as it investigated the reported incident. A 10-year-old girl told police she was at Lower Hannah’s Bend Park around 4 p.m. Sunday when a strange man grabbed her and took off running.The girl says she was able to get away when the man stopped to catch his breath.
Police now say after further questioning, it was determined the incident never happened.
