Rochester Area Crash Sends Oronoco Man to Hospital
Oronoco, MN (KROC-AM News)- A Rochester-area crash sent a man from Oronoco to the hospital Friday afternoon.
He was the only occupant in the vehicle. The State Patrol responded to the single-vehicle crash in Oronoco shortly after 1:30 p.m.
The state crash report says an SUV was traveling north on Lake Shady Ave., which runs between Hwy. 52 and Tilly’s Oronoco, when it went off the road and over a fence before coming to rest in the ditch.
The driver has been identified as 25-year-old Brady William Radke. He was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester for treatment of what are being described as non-life-threatening injuries.
Radke was buckled up and alcohol was not involved in the crash, the report says. The road was described as wet at the time of the crash.
The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office, Mayo Clinic Ambulance Service and Pine Island Fire Department also responded to the crash.
