Organizers of a major reunion for those who served with the Army Medical Companies headquartered in Rochester are out reaching to former members who haven't signed up, or haven't heard about the event.

The reunion, which includes events on Friday, October 17th through Sunday, October 18th, will celebrate 50-years of Honorable Service to the Community and Country by members of the Company B, Company C and the 7212th Medical Support Unit. Company B was based in Rochester from 1964 through 1981, Company C's tenure ran from 1981 through 1990 and was followed by the 7212th, which has been involved in a number of deployments since the 911 terrorist attacks.

The reunion will be headquartered at the Kahler Hotel, but will includes activities and events throughout the Rochester area. A memorial service is also planned the afternoon of Saturday, October 18th at the Soldiers Field Veterans Memorial
