Rochester Business Breaks Ground for Innovative New Building
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Rochester-based First Alliance Credit Union has revealed more details about its new branch office now under construction along West Circle Drive.
A ceremonial groundbreaking was held Tuesday and the new information was released during the event.
First Alliance Credit Union President and CEO Mike Rosek told the gathering the new branch will be the first of its kind in the Rochester area. It will include an open concept floor plan with shared space for four locally-owned businesses," taking the concept of local partnerships to a new level." It will also include a small conference room available for community use and a large center commons area. It will be called First Alliance Commons.
“The First Alliance Commons branch design allows us to provide our members a greater level of convenience and high-quality service to help them manage their finances in a relaxed and open atmosphere,” Rosek said. “This innovative new branch design allows us to continue to support the growth of our membership and the local businesses in our community.”
The new building is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
First Alliance currently serves over 16,000 people in SE Minnesota with two existing sites in Rochester and one in Byron.
