Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - The Rochester Police Department will hold its 5th Safe City Nights event Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at Watson Field.

In addition to the free meal and activities, a special program will take place to share information about the hands-free law, which will go into effect Thursday.

Members from the Rochester Police Department, Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office, Minnesota State Patrol and Towards Zero Deaths (TZD) will take part in a hands-free presentation at 6 p.m.
