Rochester Housing Project Proposed near Mayo Field
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - The Rochester Planning & Zoning Commission is scheduled to review another downtown area residential project.
The developer has named the project Riverwalk Downtown City Apartments and it would be constructed on the north side of East Center and east of the Zumbro River, near Mayo Field.
The preliminary plan calls for a 6-story building with 149 residential units, 174 underground parking spaces and a small area for commercial use.

The commission is scheduled to meet Wednesday at City Hall, beginning at 6 p.m.
