Rochester Man Admits to Child Pornography Charge
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester man has entered into a plea agreement in a child pornography case. Court records show 61-year-old Mark Bunce today entered a guilty plea to a single count of possession of child pornography. In exchange, the Olmsted County Attorney’s office dropped 9 other felony child pornography charges.
The charges were filed against Bunce last summer as a result of an investigation that was opened in May after his wife called the police to report her husband had been acting strangely and she had discovered suspected child pornography on his computer. Police later executed a search warrant and found hundreds of videos and thousands of child porn images.
He is scheduled to be sentenced on April 23rd.
