Rochester man asks for prison sentence

A Rochester man with a history of lewd behavior has been sent to prison

.  29 year old Lloyd Armstrong’s latest crime occurred in April when he exposed himself during a court appearance. Court officials say Armstrong was in shackles when he suddenly stood up and began masturbating in front of the judge and others in the courtroom. After he was returned to his jail cell, he assaulted a deputy. Armstrong was later charged with both crimes and pleaded guilty.

Yesterday he was sentenced for those crimes and another one from last year. In that case, he was charged with forcing his way into a woman’s apartment and groping her. He pleaded guilty and was placed on probation and given a stayed 4 year prison sentence. During yesterday’s hearing, Armstrong asked the judge to execute the sentence and his request was granted.
