Rochester Man Blows a .32 During Traffic Stop
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester man was arrested Thursday morning for DUI after a breath test indicated he had a blood/alcohol level of .32, which is four times the legal limit.
A citizen reported an erratic driver on Highway 63 near the Rochester airport around 9 a.m. A short while later, an Olmsted County deputy stopped the vehicle in Stewartville.
The driver, identified as 24-year-old Justin Toddie, told the deputy he had been drinking all night and was on his way to a friend’s home in Stewartville to give him a ride to work.
