Rochester Man Charged in Child Abuse Case

Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rock Star was among those making an arraignment in Olmsted County Court Wednesday.

As in Tony Rock Star.

The 33-year-old Rochester man was arraigned on domestic assault charges involving a 10-year-old boy. The reported assault took place in April.  A DWI charge was also filed against Star on Wednesday.

Court records show Star’s previous name was Manning.
