Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester man sneezed on a Rochester Police Officer, claiming he is "allergic to cops," while police were looking for him because he was connected to a criminal case.

While getting a DNA swab, police say 25-year-old Janssen Mcgee spit in the face of the officer. Later, he said he is allergic to cops and when he sees them he breaks out into hives and sneezes.

Mcgee was pulled over in the 1100 block of 1st St SE in Rochester on Monday. When the officers walked up to the car, they immediately smelled marijuana in the car and executed a search. The police found a .380 handgun, $10,590 in cash and a small amount of marijuana.

Mcgee is expected to be charged with a felony weapons charge and 4th degree assault on a peace officer.
