Rochester Man Fails to Show Up For Court in Child Sex Abuse Case
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester man accused of child sexual abuse failed to report for his first court hearing this week.
Minnesota Court records show an arrest warrant has been issued for 41-year-old Chamros Ouch. He had been scheduled to make his initial appearance in Olmsted County Court on two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct on Thursday, but skipped the required court hearing.

The criminal complaint in the case indicates Ouch was charged in late March after the Olmsted County Attorney's Office reviewed the reports from an investigation that was opened last fall by the Rochester Police Department. The court document says the alleged victim told investigators that she had been sexually assaulted by Ouch multiple times when she was four or five years old.
When he was brought in for questioning, the criminal complaint says Ouch acknowledged providing care for the young girl while her mother was away. When asked if he had sexually assaulted the girl, Ouch told investigators, "I can't refure(sic) anything." He also stated that he was experiencing issues with alcohol.
