Mankato, MN (KROC-AM News) - Conditional bail has been set at $250,000 for a Rochester man charged with the drug overdose death of a Mankato woman.
37-year-old Jesse Ray Skelly was formally arraigned today in Blue Earth County Court on a third-degree murder charge. He was arrested in Rochester on Wednesday.
Skelly is accused of supplying 26-year-old Alissa Troester with illegal drugs that contained a lethal dose of fentanyl. She was found dead in her home on August 28 and the court records indicate an autopsy determined her death was the result of fentanyl toxicity.
Skelly is scheduled to make another court appearance on November 12th.
