Rochester Man Gets Prison Sentence for Burglary Conviction
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A man described by Rochester police as a possible suspect in a string of residential burglaries last year has been sentenced to over 7 1/2 years in prison.
In addition, 31-year-old Joshua Carlson was ordered to pay over $6000 in restitution. He previously pleaded guilty to a first-degree burglary charge stemming from his arrest last December.
Police reports indicated officers caught Carlson after he was discovered in the detached garage of a home near Mayo High School. At the time, Rochester police were investigating multiple burglaries in the same neighborhood.
