Rochester Police Arrest Suspected Hit And Run Groper
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Rochester police arrested a man Monday shortly after a woman complained she had just been groped by a stranger as she was jogging near Oakwood Cemetery.
The woman told police the man came up from behind her on a bicycle and “grabbed her rear-end.” She reported the incident around 6:00 PM and officers located him nearby.
It was later learned a similar incident was reported earlier Monday in the area of 4th St and 7th Ave SE. It’s not known if it was the same man, identified as 18-year-old Devin Mey.
Investigators are also trying to determine if he was involved in a similar incident on Saturday in the same area.
