Rochester Police Issue Notice Concerning Sex Offender

Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - The Rochester Police Department is notifying the community about a change of address for a Level 3 predatory sex offender living in the community.

37-year-old Brian Joseph Miller as a registered his new address as a residence in the 600 block of 2nd Street Southwest. The change took effect earlier this week.

The police notification says Miller has a history of sexual conduct and contact with both known and unknown adult female victims. It also indicates he has completed his prison sentence and time on supervised release.
