
Rochester Police Seek Assistance in Locating Predatory Offender
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Rochester Police are requesting the public's assistance in locating a predatory offender.
An alert issued by the Police Department Tuesday afternoon indicates a state agent contacted local authorities and informed them that 41-year-old Carvell Williams had tampered with his electronic monitoring device on Sunday. He has since failed to return to his placement location.
Officials say Williams was last spotted in the vicinity of South Broadway and Second Street Southeast.
He is described as black, 5-6, 210 pounds, bald, and wearing glasses.

Anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts or information that could assist in his apprehension is asked to call the Rochester Police Department at 507-328-6800.
