Rochester Resident Reports Vehicle Theft – Second Time in 5 Weeks
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester resident has been the victim of auto theft twice over a span of just five weeks.
Rochester police today reported that officers responded to a parking lot in the 1400 block of Fourth Avenue Southeast just after midnight on Sunday after a person reported a vehicle theft. The owner indicated the vehicle had been stolen between 11 and 11:30 PM Saturday night.

The same vehicle was reported stolen from the same location on March 24. A spokesperson says it was recovered a few days later in the vicinity of Fourth Avenue and Fifth Street Southeast.
