Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A veteran local prosecutor pleaded guilty to a gross misdemeanor drunk driving charge on Monday following his arrest on Sunday.

 

 

According to the criminal complaint, a Goodhue County patrol deputy stopped 60-year-old David Goslee for a traffic violation on Highway 52 near Pine Island. Two breath tests revealed he had a blood/alcohol level of .27.

Court records show Goslee was sentenced to two years on probation and was fined $700 after he admitted to a DUI count involving a blood-alcohol concentration of .08 within two hours.  

Goslee has worked for the Rochester City Attorney’s Office for over 30-years and is currently listed as deputy city attorney, the number two person in the department.
