UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa (gophersports.com). - The University of Minnesota (20-6, 9-5) women's basketball team got 23 points from Shae Kelley and a career-high 18 points from Shayne Mullaney to defeat Penn State Sunday afternoon to secure its first 20-win regular-season since 2007-08.

The win also gave the Gophers their first series sweep over the Lady Lions since 2009-10. 

Mullaney tallied a career-high five three-pointers, all of which came in the second half, to help the Gophers notch 12 three-pointers for the game. Carlie Wagner, who finished the game with 17 points, made four three-pointers, whileMikayla Bailey added three triples to conclude the contest with 11 points. 

The Gophers shot .545 (12-22) from beyond the arch, while adding a .431 (28-65) shooting percentage overall.
