Spring Valley Man Hurt in Crash Near Deer Creek Speedway

Racine, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Spring Valley man was transported to St. Marys Hospital this morning following a crash in Mower County.

The State Patrol says 44-year-old Michael Becker was driving east on Highway 16 when his pickup left the road and crashed into a tree. The incident was reported just before 7 AM just east of the intersection with Highway 63 south of the Deer Creek Speedway.

Becker's injuries were described as non-life threatening.
