
State Fire Marshal Investigating Olmsted County Fire
Oronoco, MN (KROC-AM News)- Authorities are investigating a storage barn fire that broke out in Olmsted County over the weekend.

Olmsted County Sheriff’s Captain Tim Parkin said the fire was reported around 12:30 Saturday morning. Deputies who responded to the scene reported seeing the barn fully engulfed in flames.
The fire broke out on a property near the intersection of Center St. and Minnesota Ave. in Oronoco. No injuries were reported.
The property owner said the shed contained old vehicles. A damage estimate is not yet available.
The Minnesota State Fire Marshal’s Office has been requested to investigate the cause of the fire.
