SUV Crashes into Gate at Governor’s Residence

St. Paul (Learfield News Service) -  A driver is in custody after crashing an SUV through the front gate of the Minnesota Governor's Residence in St. Paul.

The Minnesota State Patrol says it happened around 9:30 Sunday night and the suspect was arrested and did not enter the grounds. No injuries were reported. There was some damage to the gate. The incident is still under investigation.
