Cory Provus

The Twins have replaced Dick Bremer as their TV play-by-play voice with the radio voice for the Twins for the past 12 seasons, Cory Provus. Provus will be replaced on the radio side by Kris Atteberry.

A bonus visit with the radio voice of the Minnesota Twins, Cory Provus, on Rochester's Good Morning with Rich Peterson at 8:15.  We'll talk about the new hire and what may happen this off season.

MINNEAPOLIS  — Last night's game between the Twins and Tigers was postponed because of rain, with the two teams planning a split doubleheader on Thursday to finish out the three-game series.

It's been 40 years as of last week since the United States successfully landed a space craft on the surface of Mars.  Viking 1 arrived on July 20, 1976.

The Twins are sellers. That's what happens when you finish the first half of the season in the cellar. It may be difficult seeing one of your favorite players go, but such is the nature of the business. The radio voice of the Minnesota Twins is Cory Provus and he visits with Rich Peterson every Thursday at 8:15 during the season...

Another full day on RGM with Kim David and Rich Peterson opening things up at 5:30. The Sports Expert will chime in at 6:45 and then we'll hear from Senator Al Franken at 7:15.

On Thursday at 6:45 the Sports Expert will wonder when Berrios and Sano will rejoin the Twins.  Maybe soon?

We're getting ready for Rochesterfest!  This year's chairperson, Bob Nowicki, will be in studio to give us a preview of this year's festivities.  That'll be after the 8:30 news.
