A funding source for a proposed veterans home in Fillmore County may have been found. State Rep. Greg Davids of Preston is looking at the reserve account set up for US Bank stadium, which he says has a big surplus.

A proposal that would construct a veterans home in Fillmore County is beginning to make its way through the Minnesota legislature.
