Rochester police say the man who called 911 reported that he shot the victim.

The fatal shooting was reported Friday night.

It was reported early this morning in the city's Country Club Manor neighborhood.

The shooting was reported around 6 PM on Thanksgiving Day.

Police found the 28-year-old man after responding to reports of a shooting near downtown Rochester Thursday evening.

Antoine Suggs is currently serving a 103 year prison sentence.

Hastings police say he tried to claim that the victim somehow strangled herself.

Investigators reported the woman had apparently been shot at least 10 times.

He was accused of engaging a female guard in a romantic relationship and using her to bring the methamphetamine into the prison.

The BCA says the deadly shooting was recorded on video captured by police body cameras, a squad car camera, and a neighborhood security camera.

The BCA has yet to confirm the man's identity.

Two of the victims were children.

Three other men are still awaiting trial in the case.

The jury in Mankato heard closing arguments earlier today.
