There are 60 Target locations in Minnesota and many more operating in the United States. Target says more than 30 million people shop at their stores each week.

Target is great because you find everything you need and everything you didn’t know you needed there. People shop there for clothes, beauty products, toys, tech, home décor, and groceries. I was at my local Target this weekend picking up some things for dinner when I noticed an apology posted in a grocery aisle.

I feel like an apology is due every time I go shopping. The average Minnesota family is now spending over $1,000 a month on groceries and there doesn’t seem to be any relief in sight.

Eggs are a hot topic right now. NBC News says, “the average price for a dozen eggs in the United States has jumped 50% in the past year, and the cost increase appears to have accelerated since last November.”

Unfortunately egg prices are expected to continue to rise over the next several months because of supply issues caused by the bird flu. A Fox Business report says the USDA expects egg prices to rise more than 20% this year.

I was shopping with my kids the other day when a sign, posted where signs aren't usually posted, caught my eye.
