The Most Trusted Retail Brand in the US Now Has 7 Minnesota Locations
Like most states, many of us love to shop here in Minnesota. Which is convenient, since a new survey has the Most Trusted Retail Brand in the country has nine locations in our fair state.
The Land of 10,000 Lakes has been home to some massively popular and well-known Fortune 500 companies over the years. Names like Best Buy, Target, Caribou Coffee, 3M, General Mills and more all call the North Star State home.
And now a new survey from Clarify Capital says that the most trusted retail brand in the country also calls Minnesota home, with nine different locations here in the Bold North.
So just how did Clarify Capital determine which retail brands in the U.S. are the most trusted? They said: 'To determine which U.S. industries and businesses are the most trustworthy, we consulted the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and then surveyed over 1,000 Americans about their opinions about different industries and specific brands,' the survey noted.

The survey looked at several areas, including Most Trusted Restaurants, Most Trusted Technology, Most Trusted Media, and Most Trusted Finance. But it was their Most Trusted Retail Brand that was the most interesting because it includes a familiar Minnesota name:
- Walmart
- Target
- Macy's
- Albertsons
- Lowes
But while those made the Most Trusted Retail Brand list, none of them are as trusted as the brand that came in at number one on the survey: Amazon. And, did you know that Amazon-- the online retailer-- actually has seven locations here in the Gopher State?
While that stat may seem a bit misleading, because as we know, there aren't ANY Amazon RETAIL locations-- it's an online business only-- but there ARE seven different Amazon Fulfillment Centers and corporate offices sprinkled throughout Minnesota.
In fact, the online jobs site Indeed says you can find Amazon warehouses and in the following Minnesota locations:
- Brooklyn Park
- Lakeville
- Maple Grove
- Shakopee
- St. Cloud
- Woodbury
And, this Amazon Wikipedia entry notes that one of Amazon's global corporate offices is also located here in Minnesota, in Minneapolis as well. Of course, you don't need to visit ANY physical Amazon location to be an Amazon customer, as their sales and business model are all online.
However having these locations in Minnesota explains how Amazon is often able to ship an order to your address in a very quick amount of time. Amazont didn't exist before 1994 but is now is one of the most recognized brands in the world. Keep scrolling to check out some other previous famous brands that NOW no longer exist!
