San Antonio  -  Sister Jean and the Loyola-Chicago fans were feeling pretty good at halftime, with their team leading Michigan 29-22 in Saturday's opening game of the Final Four.

But their prayers went unanswered as Michigan put the pedal to the metal and ended Loyola's miracle run with an easy 69-57 win

The Ramblers, the No. 11 seed in the South Region, were in their first Final Four since 1963 when they won it all.

The Wolverines will play Villanova Monday night for the national championship.

Villanova blew out Kansas 95-79 with the help of a record 18 3-pointers .'Nova had the most made 3s ever in a Final Four game. The Wildcats also now have the most ever in a single NCAA tournament with 66 in their five-game run with one more game to play. They also set the NCAA single-season record.
