This guy equipped himself with an HD video camera to give you and I a first-hand look at what it feels like to be an extreme mountain biker.  Yikes!

Granted, the fish-eye lens probably made it look a little more frightening, but there's no escaping the obvious potentially life-threatening features of the course he has to traverse to reach reach the finish line.
